Before Grit, his work was on stage, as hands-on technical crew: at the sound console, mixing, and in lighting design. The theatre was his main stage, but the work also took him to concerts and political events: every kind of technical work a live stage needs.

Live events run on cues. Every change of sound and light is written down and rehearsed before the doors open. During the show a cue lands or it does not, and there is no second take.

Grit works to the same standard: what counts as done is decided before the work begins, and only the result decides whether it happened.

He traded crypto and equities on his own account, with his own capital. That is where he first put AI to real use: for analysis, for questions and answers, and for much else. Working with it closely, he found out what AI systems can really do.

He also found where they fail. Over a long session a model lost its context and answered as if the start had never happened. Results could not be relied on without checking them again. Automations reported success when the work had not been done.

With his own capital on the line, a confident answer was not enough. He needed a check, independent of the model, that the work had actually been done.

In June 2026 he co-founded Grit in Ankara. He has known Mustafa Toker since childhood, and their families are close; he met Ali Baha Berkal through his close circle of friends. Today both are his co-founders at Grit.

He built RADAR, and Grit's own systems, himself, end to end. RADAR runs the coding agents developers already use. When an agent says a task is done, RADAR records that as a claim, runs the task's acceptance test again itself, and closes the task only if it passes. Every step is written to a ledger that can be read afterwards.

Today he sets Grit's direction, develops every Grit product and runs the company, which builds websites, AI automations, autonomous systems and data work for companies and individuals. Alongside Grit, he studies Web Design and Coding at Atatürk University.
